We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes of properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or tenants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients to inform pricing strategies.
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments.
Utilise digital marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms.
Collaborate with other professionals in the industry including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage for communicating with a diverse clientele.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and negotiate deals successfully.
A valid real estate licence is required (or willingness to obtain one).
A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in the real estate industry.
