Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Engineer to build exceptional, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies, with experience integrating backend services and deploying applications on AWS. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux and other modern state management solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs and efficiently handle JSON data.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality user interfaces.
• Implement frontend testing strategies and ensure application quality through unit and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture and best practices.
• Deploy and manage frontend applications using AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, and Amplify.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong proficiency in React.js and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Redux and modern state management patterns.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Knowledge of modern UI frameworks and styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, Material-UI (MUI), or similar.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS services including S3, CloudFront, Amplify, Lambda, or API Gateway.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience working with containerized environments and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
