Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
• Write efficient and well-documented code in React applying best coding practices.
• Understand the business requirements well and translate those into high-performance and
scalable components as a part of the project solution.
• Passionate for building quality web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Review and analyze the functional requirements from product specifications and provide
accurate development time estimates.
• Should take complete ownership of the frontend side of the technical aspects of the application.
• Assure adherence to coding standards, and meet the acceptance criteria and the engineering
processes.
Key Skills
• Develop responsive user interfaces using the modern frontend framework React.
• Design pixel-perfect UI with cross-browser compatibility.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Coordinate and collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into
high-quality code.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript
object model.
• Should build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Write clean, optimized, and reusable code.
• Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Work closely with the backend development team to integrate front-end components with
server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend code issues.
• Good experience with the React.js workflows (such as Redux, MobX, Flux).
• Participate in code review activity and share constructive feedback with the team members.
• Should be able to optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices
and browsers.
• Should contribute to the technical design and architecture of the application.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and
retrospectives.
• Should have Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to international clients
