Job Description for RCM - Voice Profile
Role: AR Caller
Relevant Exp: 1 Year to 5 Years
Education Qualification: Any Graduation (Mandatory)
Budget: 1LPA to 5.34 LPA +Night Shift Allowance (Rs. 100/Day)
Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (7PM – 4AM)

CMS1500 (Physician Billing) in voice process only

Personal Interview, Talent Source Profile(SBA-60% Or Above), GLA (Voice & Accent) – B1 & Above & Operations/Manager Round
Service Agreement
Yes – 18 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket.
• To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
• Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
• Good Knowledge on Denials, CPT Codes, Modifiers

Two Way Transport (Within in boundary limits – 30kms)
