About RL&DB
Retail Liabilities and Direct Banking dept. manages the savings account vertical of the Bank. The key functional areas mass and mass affluent Savings Product, Retail and non-retail term deposit, Fee & charges for Savings segment, Lockers, Portfolio and Channel Management.

Product Manager – Retail Liabilities and Digital Banking
Key Responsibilities
Product Manager
Engagement Initiatives - Designing collaterals, pitch documents and other enablers that will help sales
channels for SA acquisition. Designing user guides to Bridge the understanding gaps in product and process.
Training - Responsible for organizing and conducting all Product and Process related trainings for acquisition Designing a Training and assessment programmes on Product and Process on LMS
Feedback, Query and Escalation Management - Addressing all channel queries on SA Products and Processes Tracking and Resolving every issue and escalation reported by the channels and ground force on time Collating and sharing consolidated feedback with concerned teams and tracking agreed actions on the same
Identification of process gaps & improvement of processes via ideations - Identification of process gaps & improvement of processes via ideations, Suggestion to improve operational efficiency and adhere regulatory guidelines,streamlining the acquisition process
Regulatory Requirement - Supporting with process regulatory related requirement raised by audit / compliance to do the necessary system and process rectifications.
Business Review Dashboards - For Senior Management, Scheduled and Adhoc Reviews, owning the complete end to end process to provide the Quantitative Data & Qualitative Data

Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills

Ability to analyze processes and reengineer them.
Strong communication skills and good analytical skills are a prerequisite.
Must be a keen observer of the human behavior which will help in the generation of consumer insights
