Opportunity for Digital Marketing Role - Raymond Consumer Care Ltd
Key Responsibilities
• Build digital forward brands for RCCL and collaborate with Creative and Digital agencies to craft digital strategies and execution.
• Develop strong content marketing strategies across channels to drive brand measures and imagery. Creating unique content ideas that can be disseminated amongst consumers for enhanced customer branding and image building.
• Identify new digital trends/insights and develop innovative content, social, tech forward initiatives based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate.
• Ideate and develop new digital initiatives for Consumer Experience, collaborate with internal teams to create digital assets to increase the consumer delight.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, display and influencers.
• Design, build and maintain our social presence for all brands, liaison with the social agency to create individual brand's social strategy and deliver the KPIs.
• Measure and report campaign performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Understand the complete customer journey and ideate around interventions to improve customer experience across all digital platforms.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Work in partnership with the Ecom lead to integrate digital campaigns to drive Ecom visibility and growth.
• Collaborate and maintain a healthy relationship with digital and media agencies and other technology vendors onboard.
