• Direct radio network design and tuning activities for diverse technologies
• Lead technical efforts on large-scale deployments
• Perform detailed analyses to drive network improvements
• Manage projects using radio planning tools and analytics
• Present findings and improvement plans to stakeholders Requirements:
• BSEE or BSCS, or equivalent experience
• Minimum seven years in network design for mobile technologies
• Leadership experience on large-scale technical projects
• Familiarity with Layer 3 signaling for optimized performance
