We have an excellent opportunity in R2R-Fixed Assets Accounting at Pune with one of our premium client
Work Module - Work From Office
Shift - US
Joiners - 0 to 15 days only.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create and maintain capital projects in SAP throughout the lifecycle of the project
Run settlement error jobs, review postings, analyze errors and take corrective actionReview capital project costs, determine reclass journal entries as necessary, and settle costs to final assets
Analyze and explain monthly variances in assigned general ledger accounts
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare assigned PBC's
Meet all monthly close deadlines
Perform SOX controls
Provide necessary support for timely completion of financial audits.
Communicate and resolve open issues with finance teams
Proactively identify issues and process improvement opportunities; work with appropriate team members and partners in resolving or implementing them
Assist team members and work on ad-hoc projects/requests as needed
Requirements
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-end Accounts General Ledger or RTR Operations. a. Fixed assets accounting b. Depreciation run c. Impairment of assets d. Month end closing e. Understanding of IFRS, GAAP f. Understanding of Subledger & ledger postings g. Balance sheet reconciliation, journal postings 2) Experience or hands on in Oracle ERP 3) Ability to multitask and manage delivery across different regions/ time zones 4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with the candidates and stakeholders 5) Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc. 6) Multitasking and should be able to deliver as per client expectations, escalation handling
