We are seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Quantum Learning Models for Optimization to join our innovative team. Duties
Lead the design, development, and validation of quantum learning models tailored for optimization challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex real-world problems into quantum algorithm frameworks
Conduct in-depth research on quantum machine learning techniques and their application to optimization problems
Provide expert guidance on quantum hardware capabilities, limitations, and best practices for implementation
Develop comprehensive documentation, technical reports, and knowledge-sharing materials to support ongoing projects
Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in quantum engineering and learning algorithms to continuously improve model performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert or senior researcher in quantum engineering or related fields
Strong background in quantum computing principles, algorithms, and hardware architectures
Expertise in quantum learning models, especially those applied to optimization problems
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Qiskit, or other quantum development frameworks
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges creatively and efficiently
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Nice-to-have: Experience with quantum hardware integration and practical implementation of quantum algorithms
Nice to have IP assets that you want to bring to swap for equity or collaborate
