Quantitative Developer
Job Description
Our challenge
We are looking for a Quantitative Developer to own the full path from research to production. This role blends research and engineering, with tight feedback loops from ideation to live trading. You will build the systems that turn quantitative insights into measurable edge, with direct visibility into how your work creates impact
Key Responsibilities:
Build and enhance quantitative models supporting trading, pricing, and risk
Develop Python-based analytics and integrate with trading systems
Work on large-scale financial datasets (market, pricing, risk)
Collaborate with traders, quants, and tech teams
Required Skills:
Python (5+ yrs), strong OOP + data libraries
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
REST APIs, microservices architecture
Exposure to LLM-assisted development (nice to have)
Strong Equities/Capital Markets knowledge (must-have)
