The Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding SpazioLiv’s commitment to excellence — ensuring that every project reflects the brand’s benchmark for luxury, precision, and perfection.
Role Overview:
As the Quality Manager at SpazioLiv, you will oversee the quality assurance and control processes across all active sites, ensuring flawless execution from design intent to handover. You’ll work closely with project managers, designers, site engineers, and vendors to maintain superior quality standards in materials, finishes, and workmanship that align with SpazioLiv’s premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Control & Site Inspections
• Conduct regular quality audits and site inspections across ongoing SpazioLiv projects.
• Ensure all design details, joinery, and finishes meet SpazioLiv’s craftsmanship and aesthetic benchmarks.
• Maintain and monitor snag lists, conduct rectifications, and verify completion before client handover.
• Enforce safety and quality protocols throughout all stages of execution.
2. Standardization & Process Improvement
• Develop and implement SpazioLiv Quality Standards (SQS) for materials, finishes, and execution.
• Create checklists and SOPs for site teams to ensure consistency in project delivery.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance on-site efficiency and quality output.
3. Vendor & Material Quality
• Evaluate and approve vendors, materials, and finishes to ensure alignment with SpazioLiv’s premium standards.
• Conduct incoming material inspections to validate quality and finish accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage and resolve recurring quality concerns with suppliers.
4. Collaboration & Training
• Work in close coordination with Design, Project Management, and Procurement teams for seamless quality integration.
• Conduct training sessions for site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to align them with SpazioLiv’s standards of workmanship and detailing.
• Support design intent translation on-site through active communication with designers and architects.
5. Client Handover & Experience
• Ensure every project handover is flawless, snag-free, and ready for client presentation.
• Conduct final quality walkthroughs with clients and ensure concerns (if any) are addressed promptly.
• Uphold SpazioLiv’s brand promise of luxury through impeccable quality and finishing across all touchpoints.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, modular systems, carpentry, and site execution standards.
• Excellent understanding of luxury design detailing and high-end finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality control or project management within luxury interior design or fit-out firms.
• Proven track record of handling high-end residential or commercial interiors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• % of projects delivered with zero major snags at handover.
• Reduction in recurring quality issues across projects.
• Vendor and site team compliance with SpazioLiv Quality Standards.
• Timely submission of quality audit reports.
• Positive client feedback and satisfaction scores.
