Job description
Sound knowledge of Software Engineering and Project management. Clear understanding of standard SDLC, Agile, ITIL framework. Should have in-depth knowledge on Software Metrics. Clear and concise oral and written communication. Formal training and certifications in areas of standards such as CMMI/ISO/ITIL. Facilitate project managers on deployment of Quality management framework, estimation techniques, High maturity solutions, CAR etc. Drive project and account level initiatives and improvements using good understanding of QMS, ISO, CMMI.. Lead the process health checks against various standards- ISO +001, ISO 20000 etc. Lead & Deliver assessments on transition progress, agile maturity etc., Self-motivated with an ability to work within a team. Conduct project level/ account level data analysis or baselines and provide insights and recommendations and govern them.
