Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Engineer located in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Quality Engineer will lead the quality assurance process through design, development and validation stages of product lifecycle, analyzing and performing root cause analysis of defects, tracking and reporting process improvements, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or relevant field
Experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and. decision-making skills
Excellent knowledge of quality control techniques and tools such as SPC, Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Experience in quality control of polymer compounding or relevant industry is a plus
Knows the testing of polymer and plasticizers,
