Job Description
• As a Quality Developer, you have holistic ownership of the development of Supply Chain Partners’ (suppliers) capacity development in terms of quality, aligned with H&M PO strategy that leads to delivering customer centric product through quality systems and methods.
Having hands-on testing experience with common physical test as per European testing methods/requirements.
Experience in solving physical or chemical test failures & securing bulk production.
Driving & conducting trainings/ workshops in securing quality methods , testing process and lab setup.
Has ability to analyze and foresee potential challenges and take appropriate actions to eliminate risks from production
Secure product quality from legal point of view from Risk Assessment.
Experience in Quality Management Systems and quality audits and various production processes in making Imitation jewelries (Casting / Plating / Soldering / Finishing )
Drive quality execution from sample development stage
Experience in Quality Management Systems and quality audits and has ability to understand & bring change in process towards efficiency & drive results
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in metallurgical or equivalent.
• 6-7 years’ experience Buying house/Factory as quality developer
• Experience in metal accessories, plating ,
• Having knowledge in Chemical and Physical testing requirements. (Experience in handling & understanding Chemical standards & test methods-RSL / MRSL / Affirm.
