Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves overseeing quality control activities for herbal medicines, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. The Quality Control Officer / Executive / Senior Executive will perform routine laboratory testing, inspect raw materials and finished products, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include documenting test results, maintaining accurate records, supporting quality assurance processes, Product testing and quality evaluation, Physicochemical analysis of raw materials and finished products,Microbiological analysis and testing,Specific pathogen testing and identification,Pesticide residue testing and compliance monitoring,Stability testing and stability study documentation,Method validation and laboratory documentation,Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
and participating in investigations of deviations or non-conformities. The role also involves close collaboration with production and QA teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in regulated pharmaceutical or nutraceutical environments.
• Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and supporting root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills, including handling instruments, following test protocols, and maintaining lab safety and hygiene.
• Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Ayurvedic sciences, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and applicable regulatory standards for herbal medicines and pharmaceuticals.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Ayurvedic or herbal product manufacturing will be an advantage.
