• Quality Checking of the campaign base and the communications of various channels Check and validate the input /source data for campaign Using RDBMS (SQL/Oracle/Aginity/No SQL db) query and ETL tools (Jasper) to extract data from datawarehouse and other data sources of the bank.
• Check all the filters and logics are applied as mentioned in the campaign docket To test the creative (i.

• SMS and emails) and check if the communication is getting rendered correctly on mobile / email with all the correct personalized values Campaign allotment to campaign developers and tracking the development To allocate the campaign initiated by Campaigns/Product team to the developers and thereby ensure productivity of all the developers are utilized To guide the developers on base extraction and logics To follow-up with the developers regularly to ensure campaigns are launched on time Ensure the Campaign calendar and the contact history are updated by the campaign developers To ensure that campaign developers updates the campaign calendar correctly with all correct information To ensure that the campaign developers updates the contact history table correctly which is further used by evaluation team.
• Investigate and revert on customer complaints related to campaigns To ensure any queries or complaints raised by customer are appropriately investigated and reverted within the agreed TAT To coordinate with Vendors for whitelisting of SMS lines for sending to NDNC customers To coordinate with SMS vendors for whitelisting of SMS line if the same needs to be sent to NDNC customers.
• To coordinate with vendors for post campaign response dumps required by campaign/product To coordinate with SMS / Email vendors for response (sent/open/click/bounce) dumps post campaign required by campaign / product team.
