Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) who has recently qualified, preferably on the first attempt, to join our Statutory Audit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing statutory audits in accordance with applicable standards.
Review financial statements and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Identify and communicate audit findings to senior auditors.
Prepare detailed working papers to support audit findings.
Collaborate with the audit team to develop audit strategies and plans.
Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably cleared in the first attempt.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
