Job description
1. Total Quality Management and Training Management and Continual Improvement (Kaizen Management).
2. Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained and compliance of the QMS systems as per CSR, ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+, MACE, Lean etc.
3. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
4. Preparation and Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan. Review all Dept. KPIs with actions.
5. Assist in the preparation of tenders & customer requested documents / information by providing management system related documents.
6. Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
7. Identify relevant legislative requirements. Ensure cleanliness and 5S in the shop floor.
8. Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
+. Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
10. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform
11. Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned
12. Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and tasks. Review of Customer Score Cards on Monthly basis and take actions accordingly.
13. Prepare the MRM Agenda and conduct the MRM with all CFT members and Top Management. Ensure tracking of all MRM points as per MRM reports.
14. Effective closure of all internal & external NC’s. Ensure Product Safety in the company.
15. Maintain live & effective compliance of system along with necessary awareness & adherence so that back dated / fabricated documents preparation is not required
16. Review & audit records maintained by all departments.
17. Review 4M & Abnormal situation on daily basis in the company and actions as per QSP.
18. Suggest @ Technology Upgradation such as 4.0 - Auto MIS, Automatic 100% Inspection, Documentation, Report Generation, Online Production without Operator, Use of Robotics, latest technology etc.
1+. Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO +001:2015, IATF 16+4+:2016 & MACE Audit System. Responsible for Quality Policy deployment and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc.
