Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site QMS Documentation Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The QMS Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing, creating, and maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and automotive industry standards. Daily tasks include preparing technical and clinical documentation, analyzing data to ensure compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all processes meet regulatory and internal standards. The role also involves reviewing and revising documentation for accuracy and ensuring its accessibility across departments.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Clinical Documentation, Documentation, and Technical Documentation
• Proficiency in Technical Writing and creating detailed, clear, and accurate documentation
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to review technical data and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and knowledge of automotive industry regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry, is an added advantage
