Job description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for problem-solving, a focus on user-centric testing, and a passion for delivering flawless solutions. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Analyze test results, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall quality. Participate in design reviews to provide quality assurance input. Ensure testing is aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a user-centric mindset. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
