Job Description
Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
Lead and supervise QC team activities and inspections.
Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and other departments for smooth workflow.
