Job Title: Python Trainer
Location: Pune
Experience: Fresher (with 1 year of Trainer/Teaching experience)
Salary Range: ₹4 – ₹7 LPA
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Python Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in training or teaching Python programming, even as a fresher in the corporate industry. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to students or professionals and helping them build strong Python programming skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions in Python programming.
Develop course content, training material, and practice assignments.
Conduct workshops, live coding sessions, and hands-on exercises.
Resolve students' doubts and provide guidance on projects and assignments.
Track and evaluate trainees' performance and progress.
Continuously update training content based on new technologies and trends.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (data types, OOPs, file handling, exceptions).
Experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib (basic level).
Knowledge of database integration (e.g., SQLite, MySQL) using Python.
Familiarity with basic web frameworks (Flask/Django) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Python training/teaching (online or offline).
Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Pune.
