Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to lead video post-production across multiple formats and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, advanced editing skills, and experience handling end-to-end video projects while mentoring junior editors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality videos including brand films, social media content, corporate videos, ads, reels, shorts, and promotional videos
Lead post-production workflows: editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final output
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver engaging visual stories
Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all video assets
Review and provide constructive feedback to junior video editors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Stay updated with latest video trends, formats, and platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate with external vendors, voice-over artists, and freelancers when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics
Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and typography
Knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and sound mixing
Ability to work independently as well as lead a small editing team
Excellent time management and communication skills
