Job Description
Summary
We are searching for an experienced Purchasing Agent with a strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for creating purchase order tracking systems, alerting management when orders have been filled and invoices from vendors have been issued, answering vendor questions, and providing them with additional order documentation as needed.

Experience: 2 Years
Salary: 10k to 15k

Must-Have 2-year experience in relevant field.
Sound knowledge of MS Office & advance excel.
Must have good oral and written communication.
Must have knowledge of GST .
Good convincing skills.
Must have knowledge of sourcing the material internationally.
Maintain the records of the stock of purchase goods.
Must have Communication with Operation and store department.
Responsibilities
Create purchase orders and monitor all open orders
Deliver a weekly purchase order report to managment for all closed purchase orders
Work with inventory management team to ensure all deliveres satisty the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
Maintain proper inventory levels of products
Assist with all purchasing activities relating to cost, quality and service also provide guidance and cost-planning strategy
Assist with the timely and accurate purchase and delivery of the order and track information relating to purchased items
Assist with monitor supplier and inner sales performance
Assist with forecast departmental operating costs and prepare monthly and annual budgets
Requirements
Detail oriented
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and changing priorities.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) experience is required.
Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet critical deadlines.
