Designation: IT Purchase Executive
Reports To: Purchase Head
Key Responsibilities:
Product Purchase: Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Storages, and other IT equipment's.
Procurement Support:
Assist in managing procurement processes for customer purchase orders (POs) and internal requirements.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of all procurement activities to meet organizational needs.
Supplier Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update an organized and categorized list of suppliers with accurate records.
Generate and analyze periodic reports on the status of pending orders from both customers and suppliers.
Negotiation Assistance:
Support the Purchase Manager in supplier negotiations by preparing relevant data and analysis.
Contribute to discussions on pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal outcomes.
Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless processing of customer orders.
Align procurement activities with sales objectives to support business growth.
Logistics Collaboration:
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
Assist in monitoring and resolving logistical challenges to maintain customer satisfaction.
Accounts Liaison:
Coordinate with the accounts department to streamline invoicing processes.
Ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
Customer Purchase Order Accuracy:
Verify the accuracy of all customer purchase orders, ensuring they include correct details such as HSN codes/SAC codes, GST, delivery terms, payment terms, and other relevant information.
