Role: Purchase Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations, including packaging materials, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Prepare and process purchase orders
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
Conduct cost comparisons and ensure cost control
Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com / MBA preferred)
