Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Public Speaking and Leadership Instructor at EdifyChamps. The role involves designing and delivering engaging online sessions that help students develop public speaking, presentation, and leadership skills. The instructor will create lesson plans, learning materials, and practice activities tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting live virtual classes, providing constructive feedback on students’ speeches and presentations, monitoring progress, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians as needed. The instructor will also collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, ensure consistent teaching quality, and support continuous improvement in program outcomes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in leadership development, mentoring, and coaching students.
• Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, curriculum design, and classroom management (online or hybrid).
• Candidates should possess skills in using online teaching platforms, basic digital tools, and virtual collaboration software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Performing Arts, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching or training in public speaking, debate, drama, or leadership programs is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage schedules across multiple students and classes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to instruction.
