We are looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of our Brand Communications & PR function and help build both Webenor's and our clients' public presence.

# Role Overview

This role goes far beyond traditional Public Relations.
You will be responsible for building media relationships, increasing brand visibility, strengthening founder branding, executing communication strategies, supporting client PR initiatives, and creating measurable business impact through strategic brand communication.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, AI-friendly, and capable of independently managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

# Key Responsibilities

-Brand & Public Relations

Develop and execute PR strategies for Webenor and client brands.
Draft press releases, media notes, and brand announcements.
# Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹48,000 per month (depending on demonstrated capability)

Performance-based revisions and growth opportunities will be considered based on ownership, business impact, and contribution to the company's growth.
