Job Description
Our Trainee Teachers are all Trained by the Founder and Lead Teacher, Narinda Algar, in the 'Algar's Approach' to teaching children with SpLD Dyslexia and related neurodivergence. All training and lesson plans are provided and there is no marking & very little prep required outside of working hours. Our wonderful team of teachers tell us it is a 'dream job'.
If successful, you will be joining an incredible Team of friendly, inclusive and hilarious teachers and a Head teacher/mentor who has dedicated thirteen years to creating a truly unique and special provision designed to help dyslexic learners feel confident in their abilities, to understand how they learn best and to find out how to enjoy learning again.
