What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, using your expertise in clinical psychology to provide high-level assessments and interventions for individuals dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your caseload will be varied and complex, requiring you to take ownership of treatment plans, risk management, and client outcomes. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with other health professionals, contributing your unique psychological perspective to achieve the best results for your clients. As a senior member of the team, you'll also guide service improvement initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure evidence-based practices are at the forefront of care delivery. Every day will bring opportunities for professional growth as you make a tangible difference in the lives of your clients and contribute to the ongoing development of services within Darling Downs Health.
