1. Educational Background
• A bachelor s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent is required.
• A master s degree is required and preferred in psychiatric nursing or mental health for this advanced position.

2. Licensure
• A valid nursing license (RN) in the relevant state or country.
• Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (e.g., PMH-BC) may be advantageous.
• Valid SCHFS Nursing License
• Dataflow completed or underprocessed candidates consider

3. Experience
• Clinical experience in mental health settings, typically 3-4 years required.
• Experience in crisis intervention and managing psychiatric patients.

4. Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Competence in de-escalation techniques and understanding of mental health disorders.
• Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment options.

5. Personal Qualities:
• Leadership and managerial skills
• Empathy, patience, and resilience.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and handle crises effectively.
