We are seeking a dynamic PRT Teacher to join our esteemed Podar International School in Mangaluru. As a Junior-level educator, you will contribute to our tradition of excellence in primary education. Qualifications and Skills
• Proficiency in differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities of primary school students.
• Experience in curriculum development tailored to enhance learning outcomes and align with educational standards.
• Strong capability in student engagement to maintain a lively and interactive classroom environment.
• Classroom Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated success in managing and organizing a classroom setting efficiently.
• Lesson Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to varying student needs.
• B.ed (Mandatory skill): Possession of a Bachelor of Education degree is required to ensure a qualified academic background.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, facilitating a nurturing, motivational, and respectful learning environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with students, parents, and staff members.
