About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal & Technical Writer to join our Kochi office and take a lead role in creating persuasive RFP responses and high-quality content that showcases our IT services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, research, and storytelling, and wants to be at the center of how our solutions reach clients.
• Write and edit RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation for IT services and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams to turn technical ideas into clear, client-ready content.
• Build and maintain a content library of templates, case studies, and past performance documents.
• Support creation of capability statements, pitch decks, and whitepapers that highlight our IT services.
• Conduct industry and market research to strengthen proposal narratives with relevant insights.
• Ensure content is compliant, consistent, and high quality, while meeting strict deadlines.
