#Nakshatra Jaipur - A boutique concept hotel with each room uniquely designed on a Lunar Mansion ( Nakshatra / Constellation ).
• Design-centric hotel with an amazing digital reputation on MMT, Booking.com, etc.
• Caprice rooftop bistro
• 12 rooms with 8 Suites, with expansive terraces & cushy swings.
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL to manage sales and reservations for our properties.
Key responsibilities
• Take ownership of the property by supervising housekeeping, administration, staff, and guest interaction.
• Know your guests and have a passion for independent travel and the road less traveled
• Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF
• Be Responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
• Correctly administer the Staff roles & procedures in every shift with 100% accuracy and consistency
• Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest's needs & experiences.
• Curate tours and experiences for the in-house guests as well as travelers signing up for our experiences. The current list of tours includes - Walking Tour, Food Tour, Pub Night, Hidden Gems Tour, etc.
• You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Requirements :-
• Past experience managing a Hostel or similar environment
• Passion for travel
• Past experience backpacking & understanding of the Hostel culture
• Outgoing personality with impeccable guest service skills
• Enterprising & Smart digitally
• Excellent communication skills
• Past experience in using Property Management software ( EZEE, Cloudbeds etc)
• Be really organized & calm
• Focus on maximizing revenue ( Drive P&L for the property - Incentives on Property P&L
