Property Maintenance Technician | Bangalore

The good stuff you'll own
Property Maintenance: Carry out day-to-day maintenance across the restaurant, brewery, kitchen, offices, storage areas, and guest facilities.
Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, switches, sockets, DB panels, wiring, MCBs, exhaust systems, and electrical appliances.
Plumbing Repairs: Attend to plumbing issues, including pipelines, faucets, washrooms, drainage, pumps, water tanks, valves, and leakage repairs.
Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on ovens, fryers, grills, salamanders, dishwashers, induction cooktops, refrigeration equipment, and other commercial kitchen appliances.

ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical trade.
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in property maintenance within restaurants, hotels, breweries, hospitality, malls, or commercial facilities.
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil maintenance, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of DG sets, pumps, water systems, and fire & life safety equipment will be an added advantage.
