Job Summary
Marsden International Legal Search Limited is seeking a highly skilled Property Legal Counsel to join their team. As an in-house counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key property transactions, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the business policies and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating external counsel for various property projects.
Negotiating and drafting essential transaction documents, such as development agreements, transfer documents, options, title certificates, and security agreements, in line with company policies.
This is a hybrid role where you will be willing to work in the office 3 days a week. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

They are looking for a Property Legal Counsel with at least 3 years experience gained in a reputable private practice and/or relevant in-house business in the housebuilding and development space.
