We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing legal frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and governance structures to support business expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement legal frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and governance structures to support business expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
• E nsure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory filings, board governance, and company secretarial functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, investment contracts, partnerships, and licensing deals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across India, Singapore, Brazil, BVI, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, and other key markets.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal, regulatory, and reputational risks, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
• Work closely with founders, investors, external legal counsels, and regulatory authorities to safeguard the company's interests.
• Manage legal disputes, arbitration, and liaise with external counsels for litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws, trademarks, copyrights, and data privacy regulations relevant to gaming and blockchain ecosystems.

About the Position
This is a senior legal role within a Client Services team, supporting one of the largest property groups in the world.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a strong background in Property Law to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business-related contracts, including tenant documents, service agreements, lease agreements, and vendor contracts;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with corporate, employment, and other applicable laws;
• Providing legal advisory services through research into business operations and new laws;
• Coordinating with external lawyers on ongoing litigation and arbitration cases;
• Conducting due diligence on properties, involving land records;
• Partnering with internal departments to improve the contract drafting and negotiation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a law firm or real estate industry;
• Excellent knowledge of property laws and regulations;
