Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all installations meet company standards, local engineering codes, and strict safety protocols. Timeline Management: Manage on-site contractors, laborers, and technicians to ensure projects are completed on schedule. 2. Design Oversight & Procurement (Office) Design Review: Collaborate with the engineering team to review and optimize solar plant layouts, electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), and structural designs. Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring high-quality solar components (panels, inverters, racking, BOS) while maintaining budget constraints. Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the project sites. 3. Government Liaising & Documentation (Administrative) Liaison Work: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies, local discoms (distribution companies), and regulatory agencies. Permitting & Approvals: Manage the application and approval process for net-metering, grid connectivity, subsidies, and CEIG approvals.
