Job Description
Hiring: Project Sales Manager (Builder Group Sales)
Locations: Mumbai & Pune (Maharashtra)
CTC: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 LPA
Reports To: Assistant General Manager – Maharashtra
A prominent leader in the premium tile manufacturing industry is expanding its footprint, and we are looking for dynamic Project Sales / Project Managers to drive large-scale commercial and residential builder projects across Mumbai and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
-Project Acquisition & Sales: Pitch to purchase heads, project managers, and key decision-makers at prominent builder groups to secure high-volume, premium tile orders.
-Relationship Building: Leverage and cultivate an extensive network of developers, procurement heads, and contractors for continuous business pipelines.
-End-to-End Coordination: Oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery.
-Negotiation: Manage complex contract negotiations, balancing profitability with client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
-Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in project sales or business development within the building materials industry (Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Cement, etc.), specifically dealing with builder groups.
-Network: An already established, robust network of builders, procurement heads, and developers in the Mumbai or Pune regions.
-Skills: Exceptional negotiation, high-stakes presentation skills, and a deep understanding of large-scale construction project timelines.
