In support of our business units, Mission Engineering, Advisory and Technical Services, and Team Downer as the prime Major Service Provider (MSP) we deliver above the line consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, including groups (Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), the services (Navy, Army and Air Force).

We are continually seeking skilled Project Managers, Program Managers, Project Support Officers, and Strategic Advisors for our consulting services and Integrated Work Packages. If you’re driven to make a meaningful impact and interested in future opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

We're interested in hearing from professionals specialising in program delivery, project management, project scheduling or project support.

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

Leading and delivering large-scale programs within Defence and government.
Managing key project initiatives , ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Developing executive-level reporting and business cases.
Engaging with senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes.
Improving project governance, risk management, and operational processes.
Our work is highly complex and confidential , applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.

We are seeking candidates with defence industry experience in the follow areas:

Strong experience in project/program management within Defence, government, or professional services.
Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
The ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments and drive meaningful change.
A passion for delivering projects that contribute to Australia’s national interests.
