The Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be focused on leading and managing large-scale business initiatives, transformation programs, and business model evolution aligned with the Group Sales & Marketing strategy. It plays a key role in driving strategic delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and enabling sustainable process and capability improvements across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, from business case development and project chartering through to implementation and post-go-live support
Develop and manage robust business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, resource planning, and financial forecasting
Build integrated project plans and roadmaps, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Drive stakeholder alignment and executive engagement, ensuring buy-in across leadership, steering committees, and cross-functional teams
Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes, systems, and business models
Facilitate business process reviews to identify inefficiencies and validate that solutions deliver intended outcomes
Manage delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, including proactive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
Ensure strong governance, quality control, and alignment with organisational frameworks and standards
Monitor project performance, track benefits realization, and report measurable outcomes to leadership
Establish structured communication and reporting cadences, including dashboards and insights (Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making
About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in business analysis and project delivery within a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management or similar (desirable)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business initiatives, transformation programs, and end-to-end project delivery, with a proven track record in driving strategic outcomes, financial improvements, and sustainable business value
Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Project, with hands-on experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and project/portfolio planning
Proven experience with process mapping tools such as Visio (or equivalent) is essential
Working knowledge and practical experience in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Teams is required
Working knowledge of any PPM tool “Clarity or Equivalent”
