We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of events using our cutting-edge event technology platform. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, provide technical support, and act as the primary point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Manage events end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main client contact, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Guide clients through the event lifecycle, from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Manage client expectations and provide proactive communication throughout the project.
Technical Support:
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure all aspects of the event platform are optimized and functioning as expected.
Platform Feedback:
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the event technology or event management space.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with event technology platforms and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
