Most PM jobs hand you a backlog someone else wrote and ask you to move tickets across a board.
This is not that.
At ERPion we build ERP and AI systems
for companies whose problems dont fit inside any off-the-shelf software. A 3PL warehouse that bills 40 clients on 40 different rate logics. A manufacturer whose inventory valuation has been quietly wrong for three years. A sales team leaking leads into a black hole nobody has mapped.
Nobody has solved these before. Thats the job. Youll sit with the mess, understand it well enough to explain it to an engineer, and then help ship the thing that fixes it.
What youll actually do:
Live inside the problem. Talk to warehouse managers, finance controllers, sales heads, founders. Understand how their business actually runs, not how the SOP says it runs.
Write requirements that engineers can build from. Process flows, edge cases, exception handling, acceptance criteria. Clear, specific, and yours.
Own delivery. Scope, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and the uncomfortable status update when something slips.
Work on real AI, not AI theatre. Agentic workflows, LLM-powered automation, document intelligence, conversational interfaces - deployed into live business systems where they have to actually work.
Bridge two worlds. Translate business chaos into technical clarity, and technical constraints back into business language.
Ship, then watch. Adoption, usage, what broke, what got ignored. Then iterate.
What were looking for:
1+ years of experience. Non-negotiable. Product, project, business analysis, consulting, or operations - as long as youve owned something end to end.
Documentation that reflects real thinking. We will ask for a writing sample and we will ask you to defend it. Copy-pasted AI output is obvious within thirty seconds, and its an instant no. Use AI as a tool, not as a substitute for understanding.
Working knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing or Logistics. You should know what a GRN is, why a putaway strategy matters, and what goes wrong between a PO and a delivery.
Structured thinking. You break ambiguous problems into parts before jumping to solutions.
Directness. You ask the dumb question in the room, push back when scope creeps, and say I dont know, let me find out.
On-site, Viman Nagar, 5 days a week. This role is built around being in the room.
The deal:
Engagement: 4 month engagement
Compensation: 25,000/- month
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: On site, 4 Days
Conversion: Formal performance discussion on month 3
Outcome: Strong performance - Full
-time offer with ESOPS
