Job Description
We are searching for a committed and knowledgeable person to join our team as the PMO Head. The PMO Heads duties include supervising the project management team, running day-to-day PMO operations,providing guidance on PMO policies and procedures, and working with other department heads to develop projects and programmes.
What you will do:
• Taking charge of allocated projects and working with other vertical leaders to identify, organize, and develop them
• Project management planning, which includes establishing timelines, ranking activities, and allocating team members to different deliverables
• Give project managers suggestions, support, and guidance
• Identify and fix issues that arise during projects
• Analysis of financial information, including budgets, risks, and resource allocation for projects
• Organize a project meeting for any project you are in charge of at least once a week. Continually assess projects to make sure they are up to business standards, staying within budgets, and meeting deadlines
• Documenting the projects conception, development, and completion accurately, as well as its scope, spending, and justification
• Participate in the QA process to ensure that all features and functions have been activated and optimized for the solutions
• Share project goals with all involved team members
Requirements
• Project management experience of at least 5 years
• B.Tech/MBA or equivalent experience
• Crisp written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Lending/NBFC industry and softwares like LMS, LOS, Collections, CRM
• Prior expertise in creating & implementing processes as well as leading a team.
• An eye for detail and the ability to execute very accurate work
• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL, databases, and other technology
• Strong leadership abilities, as well as assurance, endurance, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Its necessary to have Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate can be helpful
