Position Overview Role Description The Chief Risk Office (CRO) division is responsible throughout the Group for management and control of all credit, market and operational risks, and the function consists of managing, reinforcing and protecting the Bank's capital, integrity and reputation by making a solid structure and supportive infrastructure available. This is an Analyst level role within CRO Change Portfolio Management (CRO CPM), instituted within CRO COO that is driving major transformational change within the function of c. 6,500 people globally. Change Portfolio Management serves as an umbrella for all Change the Bank (CtB) programmes in CRO to ensure that the right Change Investments are in place and set up for success to meet the division's commitments through improving accountability, transparency, reporting, Investment Governance and minimum standards but with delivery accountability remaining with the respective CRO functions (Market, Credit, Non-Financial, Enterprise and Model Risk), Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance.
