Roles & Responsibilities:Performs all Instrumentation & Controls Project & Engineering activities.Perform and ensure all engineering design and procurement with respect to project requirements.Prepare estimation of Instrumentation cost of project.Strong commitment to meet the project schedule within the budgeted cost with no compromise on safety and quality.Knowledge of process, control philosophy, logic, loop and wiring diagrams, instrument specifications and data sheets, sizing control valves, PRVs and orifices, control systems, PLC, DCS, ESD and SCADA is required. Shall be familiar with custody metering, F&G and FAP of chemical / petrochemical plants.Experience on FAT, SAT, and commissioning of control system, Inspection of field instruments and thorough knowledge of installation standards, construction best practices, commissioning and performing maintenance of field- Instruments and control system.Knowledge of ERP/SAP.Review & comment in finalizing BDEP, drawings & documentation by licensors and consultants as per project requirement.Participation in HAZOP, SIL studies.Interdisciplinary close coordination with process, procurement, contracts, projects to ensure actions as per project schedule and requirements.Technical Competencies:Thorough understanding of Instrumentation engineering deliverables.Understanding of relevant codes and standards and good engineering practices.Automation and Control system.Thorough understanding of P&ID, Hook ups, Fiels Instrumentation,Project execution as per company standards.Prepare, review and finalizing BOQ and SOQ .Knowledge of Site Safety and Occupational Health Safety rules and regulationsExecution ExcellenceTotal Experience:03-05 years of experience preferably on the client sideQualification:B Tech Instrumentation and Control, Electronics & Instrumentation & Electronics & Communication.
