Day-to-day management of the client’steam, internal team, designers, contractors and vendors to achieve asafe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.Pre-Constructiono Preparation of Project Execution Plano Preparation of a construction strategy with logistics plan, formworkselection, craneage plans, etc.o Preparation of RFPs for design consultants to appoint andadministration of tender process till award.o Lead the design management team, design reviews, valueengineering, and timely release of design packagesContracts Managemento Prepare, track, and update tender event scheduleo Participate with our design and commercial management team to preparation of tender packages, administration of tender process and award of contractso Manage change order processo Prepare monthly cost report, cash flow, and budget updates Programme Managemento Prepare weekly/monthly schedule trackerso Identify delays and propose acceleration methodso Update the project programmeo Prepare risk analysis with contingency plans Construction Managemento Manage site logisticso Review contractors' method statements and resource planningo Manage contractors work progress at site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipmento Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with designdocuments codeso Implement Quality Control and safety procedures at site Reportingo Prepare fortnightly and monthly report about design, constructionprogress, contracts, quality, HSE, etc.o Lead fortnightly and monthly review meetings with client BE/BTech (Civil) or Barch. from leading university o PG degree in Construction Management is a plus o Proven experience leading a hotel project from design to completion o Proven experience managing costs on a hotel project. o Minimum 15-20 years of hands-on experience in the building construction industry in a management position, with leadership responsibility in a complex project from start to completion. o Experiences both as contractor and as project manager is a plus.
