The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation delivering nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for generations to come.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner – Projects to join our Project Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects by providing high-quality financial insight, strong governance, and commercial support.
Partnering closely with Project Directors, Commercial and Delivery teams, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate forecasting, and clear executive reporting across a portfolio of large, complex capital projects. You will drive financial discipline, improve processes, and enable informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Tertiary qualified in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification and 5+ years’ experience in project finance or business partnering roles.
Proven experience supporting large, complex capital projects (typically $100m+), ideally within infrastructure, construction, or capital-intensive environments.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with demonstrated capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and project financial management.
Highly effective stakeholder partner, able to influence senior leaders and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
