Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project execution to manage and coordinate EPC/industrial projects from site mobilization to commissioning. The role involves planning, execution control, coordination with internal teams, vendors as well as clients, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage project execution activities at site in coordination with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
• Conduct site meetings, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and update management.
• Identify execution risks, site constraints, and take corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in project execution / site engineering (EPC / industrial projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and site execution practices.
• Ability to manage site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as per project requirements.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in industrial plants, water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools.
