Job Description
The Offshore Business Division has established new Global Business Centers to enhance project execution and operational models by integrating cultures from Asia, Europe, and America. As a Project Engineer for FPSO topside design, you will manage engineering activities throughout design, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, classification rules, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute topside design activities under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
- Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Establish engineering schedules and manpower plans to align with overall project timelines, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical support during construction, fabrication, and installation phases.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct technical evaluations and reviews to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Marine, Offshore Technology, or related field).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in project management, coordination, offshore execution, or technical support within the oil and gas industry, especially in FPSO projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, etc.
